Did anyone else think that Farraday's declaration of love to Charlotte via Richard re: deactivating the bomb, was the most tepid, uninspiring, unconvincing love declaration of all time?
A borrowed theory is that Faraday loves Charlotte because he is her father. Her mother could be Faraday's time traveling love, now a vegetable in the home that Desmond visited. Check out Doc Jensen's Lost column at ew.com.
Wow, Alicia, that's an interesting theory! I agree with you guys; that scene was rather silly. All in all, though, I like Faraday. I feel like he is really sincere, and even though that scene was a little ridiculous, you could still sense Faraday's sincerity.

ReplyDeleteFaraday was in our ward today. That or his twin brother.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, I agree, e. It was rather lame. But then again, Daniel never exhibits normal emotions...they're all so subdued.

ReplyDeleteAlica: whoa, really? Hm. I'm amazed at the theories people come up with. Interesting ideas. Oedipal or Electra?
